National Executives

Roland is a professional engineer with over fifteen years’ working experience in the construction sector. He is an astute business man and a professional farmer. As the chairman of the association, he oversees the financial, operational, project and welfare needs of the members in the Association. Roland is the Chief Executive Officer of De-Montag Company Ltd.

Until his company came into being, he was general manager of Indamina Company Ltd, overseeing the entire operational and financial affairs of the company. Mr. Ayrakwa has travelled all over the world attending conferences and workshop that ranges from one sector to another so as to sharpen his horizon, becomes current and to enable him  remain relevant .Some of the conferences attended were: Road Safety organization ETI, Concrete canvas UK/SA, Warn Portland Oregon, Mining Burkina Faso, AGI Mining industrial.

Roland holds a Bachelor of Arts in Administration from Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration and a certificate from CIM – UK. He is a member of the Ghana Contractors Association. Roland has three beautiful daughters and attends Evangelical Presbyterian Church,\- Ghana. He is not married.

Innocent has over ten years’ working life and worked at the office of President of the Republic of Ghana. At former SNDO-Operations, he oversaw the operations and the financial needs of the office of the president. Innocent currently works at Otuboat Ltd as the deputy managing director in charge of administration and special projects. He was elected as the vice chairman of the association and is responsible for assisting the chairman to chair the association’s activities. He is an active member of Action Chapel International and a man of prayer. Mr. Tsawoe attended workshops organized by Institute of Para-Legal Studies on Executive Master in General Para-Legal Studies (EMGPLS), public procurement process and procedures by Man-Pro Consult and others that space will not allow. Innocent holds BSc in Procurement and Supply Chain Management from University College of Management Studies. He also holds a professional certificate in oil and gas procurement from Management Development and Productivity Institute, and a student of Institute of Chartered Accountant, Ghana. He is married with one child.

Success S. Mesiotso
Secretary General

Success has been in the financial services sector for over twelve years. Prior to joining the financial sector, Success worked at GGBL as Brong Ahafo regional accountant for five years and another four years in Ghana Education Service as a tutor. Success is currently an adjourn lecturer at Ghana School of Governance and Leadership and residence pastor of ICGC at Atta Deka. He has extensive experience in research and institutional development, credit analysis, performance and accounting data management. He is an affiliate member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountant – UK and holds MBA and MPhil in Finance from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and technology, Bachelor of Commence from University of Cape Coast, HND in Accountancy from Ho Technical University and Diploma in church administration and ministry from Daniel Institute. Success fellowship with International Central Gospel Church and has two lovely daughters. He is not married.
As a Secretary General of the Association, Success is responsible for all association’s communication and public relation matters

Michael has worked in the operational department of Fidelity Bank Ghana Ltd for the past five years in various capacities as operations officer and relationship officer. Before joining Fidelity Bank, Michael served as a director of his own company – Rhema Freight and Logistics Company Ltd. Mr. Asamoah is currently a relationship manager at Universal Merchant Bank. He is an experienced banking professional and has served in different capacities.

As national treasurer, he is in charge of association’s monetary issues coupled with investments analysis.. He holds a Bachelor of Management Studies from University of Cape Coast, Post Graduate Diploma (PgDip) at Institute of Commercial Management – UK. Mr. Asamoah is MSc candidate of University of Northampton and a student of Chartered Institute of Bankers, Ghana. He is not yet married but has one child.

Bismark Asiedu
Chief Organizer

Bismark joined Huawei Technologies Ltd as a Regional Sales Manager responsible for the managing and recruiting efficient Sales Force Team as well as driving promotional activity to enhance Sell-through and Sell-outs in the region. With over fifteen years’ experience in Sales and marketing, Bismark, prior to joining Huawei Technologies, had served as the general manager at Markaby Ventures, a company he formed. He was a sales executive at Market direct Limited, marketing executive at Conship Tema and a Lead Generator at Barclays Bank Ghana Ltd. He also served as a team leader at Shine Credit Ltd, business developer at Excellent Brains Consult and Sales supervisor at Samsung Ghana. Bismark and a co-founder of Corporate Touch Ltd (Advertising & Branding company). His core competencies include but not limited to team and relationship management, credit analysis, monitoring and risk management.

Yaw holds a first degree in administration from the University of Ghana Business School and HND in Marketing at Ho Technical University. He is currently studying MPhil Marketing at University of Ghana Business School. Bismark is legally  married has one beautiful daughter.

Deputy Organizer

Wisdom is the CEO of Keli Oil limited. As a deputy director of operations for Ahomilas Enterprise (his former place of work), his breadth and depth of experience across operations, performance and rewards management, talent and succession management was brought to Keli Oil Ltd, a wholly founded company by him. Wisdom was elected as a deputy organizer to assist the chief organizer in organizing the programs and mobilizing colleagues for work assigned. Prior to becoming the chief executive officer, Wisdom attended notable conferences across the length and breadth of the manufacturing industry such as Unilever business development strategy, Nestle consumer plans and Promasidor innovative strategy. As a business minded- man, he helps move business perspective from office to the door steps of consumers in Hohoe. Wisdom has HND certificate in Marketing from Koforidua Technical University and a member of Chartered Institute of Bankers, Ghana. He is married with three children.
